Coach Paul Thompson said he would not be re-employing some of the biggest names on the roster - including fans favourite Zack Fitzgerald.

The club published this statement: "We would like to thank all of the players for their hard work and commitment during the 2017-18 season."We confirm that the following players will be moving on and will not be returning to the club next year: Ervins Mustukovs, Jonas Westerling, Andreas Valdix, Joonas Ronnberg, Colton Fretter, Tim Wallace, Matt Marquardt, Andreas Jamtin and Zack Fitzgerald.“Today has been a tough day” said head coach Paul Thompson.

“We wish every one of these players all the best for the future. Some will go on to find new clubs and serve them well and some may call it a day after fantastic careers that they should be very proud of.“I do have to single two players out. Colton Fretter and Zack Fitzgerald, both have been outstanding servants to me and the club in my time. They have been both leaders and warriors and you will not find two better men anywhere.”
