Saxilby: Fire crews tackle double decker bus fire
Firefighters from Saxilby and Lincoln North were called to put out a double decker bus which was on fire on the A57 near Saxilby at 3.50pm on Thursday, July 30.
Crews used two breathing apparatus, two hose reels and two dry powder extinguishers to tackle the balcase which was caused by mechanical engine failure.
The A57 was closed while crews dealt with the fire.
