Rotherham’s mobile library is on the move with new locations and times to bring the service into the heart of communities for longer.
The vehicle will visit 17 different sites around the borough with each stop lasting for at least an hour.
Rotherham Libraries said this was so people can spend more time browsing books or getting help and advice.
The new, longer stops the library bus will make will also allow more time for community reading related activities.
For those who are housebound and can not get to either their local library or the mobile library, there is another alternative through Book Link.
This service delivers books to the homes of people who have mobility or visual impairments which make it difficult for them to access a library.
The Book Link vehicle also visits sheltered housing and residential care homes.
