Rosie, who is currently studying for her A-levels at Worksop College, is already believed to be the youngest person ever to pass the F-Gas 2079 refrigeration qualification along with the Mobile A/C 7543 vehicle qualification.
And now she has gained her own Oxford Cambridge level three certifications in: Assessing vocationally related achievement; Understanding the principals and practices of assessment; Assess occupational competence in the work environment; Assess vocational skills, knowledge and understanding.
She gained the qualification three days after her 17th birthday, having completed all of the theory and practical course work required while still only 16.
Dad Tony said: “I am 65 years old in February and should be thinking of retiring but Rosie to consider who is keen to take over the family business, so I will still be involved for some time yet.
“Rosie is competent at brazing as well as pressure testing, vacuum, and charge and recovery of refrigerants and intends to complement her own knowledge by going to college for additional refrigeration skills.
“There are many national companies who have already offered her employment, but it is our own family business she will join.”
