Retford: Robinson’s of Bawtry annual hit fashion show back again

A team of designers are busy making the finishing touches to the annual Robinson’s of Bawtry fashion show.

The show is once again a sell out event with about 200 guests attending the evening at China Rose Cantonese restaurant in Bawtry.

Director Robinson’s of Bawtry, Russell Jones said: “We have raised over £250,000 to date in aid of Yorkshire Cancer Research and are looking forward to extending our support this year.”

This year, Robinson’s are welcoming Chief Executive of Yorkshire Cancer Research, Charles Rowett to the show for the first time.

Charles will be at the show with his wife Sue along with representatives from iconic brands Moschino, Jacob Cohen, Versace and Armani Jeans.

Russell added: “Over the last two years we have been able to support PhD student James Hackland in his research programme and that has been because of the generosity of our fashion show guests.”

“We are planning another fantastic evening for them this year one that will go down in the Robinson’s history books once again.”

“This year’s fashion show promises to be just as spectacular as before with a fantastic fashion show showcasing our autumn/winter collection for 2014, plus a special preview of the Versus Versace Spring/Summer 2015 collection.”

On the night there will be entertainment from The Soul Legends show and a raffle.

The fashion show, which is on Sunday 5th October, will have the latest items from top designers including,

Moschino, Mulberry and Ralph Lauren.
