A Retford Garden is being opened to the public for the first time today (Sunday, 13th April) as part of the National Gardens Scheme.

Broadlea is owned by Jean and David Stone and is found on North Green in East Drayton.

The garden covers one acre and includes a woodland walk with sculptures and views over the rest of the garden, many borders filled with perennials, shrubs and spring bulbs, a large pond with a wild bank and dyke and a kitchen garden and courtyard.

The garden is open from 2pm to 5pm and entry is £3 (children free).
