Retford man faces ABH trial
A Retford man has been remanded in custody until a trial for allegedly assaulting his partner takes place.
Brendan O’Grady, 31, of Hall Croft Lakes, denied assault causing actual bodily harm, when he appeared at Mansfield Magistrates Court, on Friday.
The assault is alleged to have taken place on August 1 at his home address.
O’Grady was remanded in custody to next appear on August 9, by video-link. The trial was set for September 20.
