This popular annual event will feature at least 14 layouts plus a surprise layout which even the organiser knows little about.

Layout scales will range from the society’s large O-gauge Idleford Town to Corebridge layout, to ones built in N, 00 and H0 gauges and the rare TT gauge plus the Thomas Interactive layout where the children can control Thomas and friends through hand controllers.

The usual trade and society stands will be in attendance plus refreshments on both days.

On the Sunday only, a train fair will be held in the Buttermarket beneath the Town Hall.

This will attract an additional entrance fee as it is separate from the exhibition.

The exhibition is open from 10am-5pm on Saturday, November 14 and 10am-4pm on Sunday, November 15.

Entry is £4 for adults, £2.50 for children (under-fives free) and £10 for a family ticket.

Details can be found on the society’s website at www.bnnrs.net, their Facebook page at www.facebook.com/groups/bnnrs or by calling 07768 347456.
