Rapist jailed for five years
A man has been jailed for five years after raping a woman.
Callum Hamshaw, 26, of Portland Avenue, Creswell, raped a woman in the village on May 29 2017.
Speaking after Hamshaw was handed his sentence, Det Sgt Adam Gascoigne said: “This was a particularly nasty attack on a woman and I hope this sentence reflects that this type of crime will be investigated thoroughly and every effort will be made to bring offenders to justice.”
