Public urged to have say ahead of Vesuvius planning meeting

WORKSOP residents are being asked to show their further support for the Vesuvius scheme which promises to deliver a new supermarket and 400 jobs for the area.

Bassetlaw Council’s planning committee is to meet on Thursday 1st December in Worksop to consider the planning application to redevelop the derelict 55-acre site on Sandy Lane.

Developers Commercial Estates Group are calling on residents to write a letter to the council to make their feelings known.
