
The retailer is recalling its basted turkey breast joint (best before Nov 2016).
A notice posted by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute state from the retailer states: “We are recalling the above product due to possible allergen (sulphite) presence in the product which is not mentioned on the ingredient list. There is a small chance that some packs have an incorrect label, which does not state all ingredients. As a precautionary measure we are recalling the whole batch.
“This batch can be identified by having a best-before-end date of Nov 2016 printed on the right bottom corner.
“Any customers who have bought this product can return it to Heron Foods for a full refund.
