The organisation was praised for the effectiveness of its teaching and coaching, which was noted for its planning and high relevance to learners.

Kelly Ball, managing director, said: “Receiving recognition of our hard work from Ofsted in the form of a good rating is great reward for our endeavour.

“Having achieved good in our previous Ofsted report in 2013, we’re delighted to do so again, as it’s a reflection of the continuously high levels of service that we’re able to provide both to the businesses we work with and to our apprenticeship candidates.”

“We wouldn’t be where we are today if it wasn’t for the effort put in by our employees throughout the organisation.

“We’d like to take the opportunity to thank our staff for the excellent work they do for young people day in, day out.

“It’s great to see that official standards recognise this.”
