Police raise concerns for missing man after car found

NOTTS Police are growing increasingly concerned for a man missing from his home in South Yorkshire but now believed to be in Notts after his car was found near Worksop.

Kevin Charles Gallagher, 57, was reported missing to South Yorkshire Police the evening of Thursday 16th August it is thought he may be in the Clumber Park area after his car was found on the A614 close to the park entrance this morning (Friday 17 August).

Local searches are being carried out for Mr Gallagher who is around 5ft 8ins tall, of stocky build and balding.

He has a Yorkshire accent and walks with a limp.

It is thought he may be wearing a camouflage-style jacket.

Anyone who believes they have seen Mr Gallagher is urged to call Notts Police on 101 and quote incident number 143 of 17 August.

If they believe he is in the immediate vicinity, they should telephone 999.
