Philip Froggatt, 31, of Recreation Street, Mansfield, was last seen at King’s Mill Hospital, in Mansfield Road, at around 3.30pm.
He is described as white, 5 ft 7 ins tall, of a slim build with dark shaved hair. He was last seen wearing jeans with rips at the knee, a pink T-shirt, which may have Los Angeles written on it, and white trainers with a blue trim.
