Nottinghamshire County Council’s youth service hosts events to keep young people entertained with particular highlights across Mansfield and Ashfield districts during July.

Elsewhere across the county, there are events in Retford, West Bridgford, Chilwell and Arnold, among the programme of activity already announced.

With each of the festivals, there will be a wide range of adrenaline fuelled activities, sports including football and rounders, music and craft opportunities and the chance for young people to showcase their talents, meet new people and have lots of fun.

Our summer youth festivals are a great opportunity to promote the achievements of many young people and highlight the work that goes on within our youth service.

There are a wide range of fun events and activities taking place at each of the festivals across the county which will offer something for all young people.

Events are aimed at children and young people aged between 10 and 19, but all of the events are free and promise something for everyone.

For more details about the festivals please visit the council’s website at www.nottinghamshire.gov.uk/whatson
