Virtual wedding fair for Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire couples

With the announcement that small ceremonies are finally allowed to go ahead this week, engaged couples are tentatively beginning the process of booking their weddings.
However with face-to-face appointments for many services still restricted and traditional wedding fairs a long way off, a Mansfield photographer has decided to collaborate with Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire businesses to bring the wedding fair to engaged couples, via modern technology.

Carrie Austin Photography has organised an online virtual wedding fair on Sunday July 26, where couples will have access to multiple wedding service providers to view their work, ask questions and have access to special offers on the day.
Some of the businesses currently involved are Carrie Austin Photography, Henry & George who specialise in vegan wedding favours, Instant Image Photobooth, Gary Norman Skincare and Nicola Marie who is a wedding performer.
Carrie explained: “The wedding industry has really been left on pause and it’s important we are optimistic that weddings will be ‘normal’ again next year.
"It isn’t possible to attend traditional wedding fairs at the moment – the other virtual events I have attended have been successful, so I thought it was worth a try.

“It’s important to promote other services in one place so anyone planning can learn more about other local business without having to search for them.”
