River Cottage ambassador Steven Lamb joins tutors at The School of Artisan Food
Television’s River Cottage ambassador Steven Lamb has joined the team of tutors at The School of Artisan Food on the Welbeck estate.
The presenter, culinary consultant and award-winning author will be showing this year’s Nottingham Trent University students the ropes as they progress through their first-year dairy module at the school.
Steven is an internationally renowned expert in cheese and dairy as well as curing and smoking.
