Pedestrian, 25, dies after crash on major Notts road

A pedestrian who was injured following a collision with a car in Cuckney has died.

The 25-year-old man was taken to Nottingham’s Queen’s Medical Centre after the incident, which happened on the Warsop side of the junction of Budby Road and the A60 at around 6.30pm on Friday (March 4). He died shortly after 1pm today (Monday).

The Jaguar car driver was not injured.

The family of the victim have requested that no flowers or tributes be left at the collision site.
