Pause for Thought
Promises are like glass and can so easily get broken.
When they break they shatter trust into pieces which can be very difficult, if not impossible, to put back together again. God’s promises are the only ones that are guaranteed never to be broken. God promises: to forgive anyone who is sorry for their wrongdoings; rest to all who are weary and come to God; peace, not as the world gives, but as only God gives; to forever be with all who are baptised in God’s name.
