Pause for Thought
Unseasonably the other day I was thinking of the mess of the Christmas stable, earth floor, cattle and sheep poop all over place, and Jesus, Saviour of mankind enters our world amid that mess.'¨
Then I reflected on some of the people that I had met through our drop ins, prison visits and church over the years. People whose lives were in such a serious mess, through addiction, wrong relationships, hardship and tragedy. Yet happily many have turned their lives around by inviting Jesus into the messiness of their lives. Jesus understands mess. Draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you.
