Papa’s in Worksop hit by fire
A WORKSOP restaurant has been forced to close following a fire.
Firefighters were called to Papas Fish and Chips, on High Hoe Road at around 6.15am this morning (Monday).
The spent around 30 minutes tackling the fire.
The premises was still cordoned off this morning and an investigation has begun to determine the cause of the fire.
A spokesman for Papas said the premises will remain closed for the rest of the week and will reopen as soon as possible.
