In between performances of ‘Peter Pan’ at Sheffield’s Lyceum Theatre, actor Jo put some big smiles on the faces of children, families, volunteers and staff when she popped in to say hello, wearing full costume.

Jo, who is playing Tinkerbell in the panto, said: “Bluebell Wood is an amazing place, and the families are so inspiring. It was my pleasure to come down and play with the children, explore all the rooms and sprinkle some fairy dust!”

Emma Wood, of the hospice, said: “Jo was a hit with everyone. We are really grateful that she found time to call in and make some wonderful Christmas memories.”
