Order breach

A CARLTON man has been ordered to complete a further 10 hours of unpaid work for breaching the requirements of his community order.

David Tait, 23, from Mendip Court, admitted the breach on Monday at Worksop Magistrates’ Court.

The court heard how he had failed to show at an unpaid work session in compliance with the requirements of a community order made by Southern Derbyshire magistrates on 15th September. Tait now has 49.75 hours of unpaid work to complete.
