This is a rip off!

I found the Tesco own brand yellow and green sinus relief capsules retailing at 68p for 16 to be wonderful value.

But low and behold, the exact same capsule now being sold in a new box and called Cold Relief capsules now cost £1.50 for 16. More than double the price for the same thing?

Can Tesco explain and justify this?
