They are not heroes!
In response to the letter from Mr Banton in the Worksop Guardian 28th June, entitled They Are Our Heroes.
I don’t call this brave, withholding water and hastening the end.
My mother died ‘parched’, unable to open her eyes, dehydrated and calling out for water because the Macmillan team said she was terminally ill.
She had a fall, but she wanted to live, yes - at the Victoria!
