I happened to call into Harrison our traditional ironmongers on Bridge Street after trying in vain to source a part I required from our local based national chains.
I was served by a gentleman who searched in his boxes and draws finally locating the elusive parts
He then insisted that I take them free of charge
A valuable lesson learnt, use your traditional local friendly tradesman before the DIY sheds put them out of business!
