Readers Letter: Support early decision for appeal

As one of the Local Councillors who supported the initial planning application for the development at the Vesuvius site, I would urge the Guardian to support the campaign to request the planning inspectorate to give an early decision on the recent appeal.

This development will provide much needed jobs and facilities for the residents of Bassetlaw and bring back into use a site ripe for development.

Politics aside, I believe all the district councillors support this development as it will benefit the economy of Bassetlaw for the foreseeable future.

Please give your support whether it is by contacting the inspector or alternatively myself and I will forward your letters to the appropriate department.
