No to new bus station
I live in Meden Vale so Mansfield and Worksop are the same distance apart. I usually choose Worksop for shopping as the town seems to flow and is fairly compact.
Unlike Mansfield where thought has to be given to navigating the vast area. The parking is a lot cheaper in Worksop as well. Mansfield has a new bus station which has had a negative effect on footfall around Rosemary St. What is wrong with the current site surely that can be redeveloped to keep busses in the heart of the town? People with mobility issues may choose not to use worksop if the bus station is moved. Put the garage elsewhere and use the current garage as the new station and perhaps save some money.
