The multinational plastics recycling and technology company claimed the Best Small/Medium size company (SME) prize in London.

MBA provides customers with a sustainable supply of recycled plastics.

The Best SME award goes to the company with under 250 employees that has clearly innovated on sustainability in 2014 and created products or services with a clear social and environmental gain alongside a business case.

The Responsible Business Awards started in 2011 and the event brought together nearly 250 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) leaders at the Sheraton Hotel, Park Lane.

Amongst the companies who entered were Nestlé, Vodafone, Nike, Coca-Cola and Sky.

Sales director, Gary Claypole, who received the award on behalf of MBA, said: “This is a terrific recognition of what we are doing.”

“It is an award for every one of the MBA employees who are working hard to achieve recognition for recycled plastics.”

“Our thanks to the Ethical Corporation for arranging the event.”
