Notts Police officer is charged with rape
Trevor Gray is accused of one count of rape, a further count of attempted rape and a third charge of sexual touching against a 43-year-old woman.
The offences are said to have taken place at a house in Notts in the early hours of 24th July while he was off-duty.

Hide AdThe allegations were originally made to Notts Police on 25th July, following which a lengthy and detailed investigation has been carried out.
Gray, who was based at a regional unit, was suspended from duty on 27th July pending the outcome of the investigation.
He is currently on police bail and is due to appear before Derby Magistrates Court on Wednesday 23rd November.
