Notts: Delays on M1 during rush hour after northbound lane closure
The Highways Agency is advising drivers to expect delays during the rush hour after a lane was closed on the M1 earlier.
One lane northbound was closed between Junction 29A for Markham Vale and Junction 30 for Worksop while police recovered a stranded vehicle that had broken down in the roadworks along that stretch.
The stranded vehicle has now been recovered but police say it will take time for delays to ease, especially with the increased rush-hour traffic now passing through the area.
