Visitors will be able to see how the farm is run and what opportunities it has to offer - and will also be able to enjoy a slice of cake and tea.
The farm is a community-run organisation that offers training to a range of people who have faced personal challenges such as mental health, ex-addicts and people with learning disabilities.
More than 300 volunteers have worked at the farm since it opened in 2011, and it now cultivates eight acres of land with more than 35 different fruit and vegetables, as well as rearing hens to produce eggs.
The guided tours are taking place at the farm on Hardwick Street, Langwith at 10.30am, 12.30pm and 2.30pm.
To book a place, call the farm on 01623 741 210.
