New healthy eatery, Root, is now open in Marshall's Yard
Root has now opened in Marshall's Yard, Gainsborough.
Husband and wife team Michael and Mette Robinson already run Cream, which opened eight years ago at Marshall’s Yard, and have been looking forward to offering a new eating experience at the centre.
Mette Robinson said: “We’re really pleased with the unit now it’s complete; we feel this is the right setting for our new business and we have the ideal unit to do this from now. “We’re passionate about offering healthy and nutritious food and also something a little bit different.”
