THEFT

Lee Fullwood, 45, of Queen Street, Worksop. Stole groceries, to the value of £42.96, belonging to Asda. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

Alex Kinsey, 29, of Kings Mead, Retford. Stole meat products, to the value of £28.11, belonging to Aldi. Committed to prison for seven days. Also ordered to pay a £145 victim surcharge.

DISORDER

Steven Hancock, 39, of Rutland Crescent, Harworth. Was found drunk in a public place, namely Gateford Road, while having the charge of a child under seven years. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

Stephen Sheridan, 52, of Whitehall Court, Retford. Use racially aggravated threatening or abusive words likely to cause harrassment, alarm or distress. Fined £280. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £28.

MOTORING

Ryan Gee, 27, of Gateford Road, Worksop. Drove a motor vehicle, namely a Mercedes Sprinter van, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 117 microgrammes in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes in 100 mililitres of breath. Disqualified from driving for 24 months. Ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work. Must also pahy £85 court costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

BREACH

Aubrey Hollingsworth, 50, of Blyth Road, Olcoates. Pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harrasment of a woman which caused alarm or distress. Ordered to pay £450 in compensation.

Sheridan Watson, 20, of Newcastle Avenue, Worksop. Without reasonable excuse, was in a licenced premises when prohibited from being so by a Criminal Behaviour Order. Committed to prison for 30 days suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

DAMAGE

Ryan Starling, 27, of Ringwood, Worksop. Without lawful excuse damaged a front door, to a value unknown. Fined £80. Ordered to pay £50 in compensation. Restraining order made preventing defendant from contacting owner of the door.

OTHER

Mark Taylor, 31, of Galloway Mews, Harworth. Dishonestly received stolen goods- namely a cheque book, a computer, a printer, a tape measure, an electric planer and an angle grinder of a value unknown belonging to CNC Manufacturing. Also failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend apppointments. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay court costs of £75.

Keith Starbuck, 42, of Popolar Grove, Worksop. In Shireoaks, fished or took fish otherwise than in accordance with a licence by means of a rod and line. Fined £220. Also ordered to pay court costs of £127 and a victim surcharge of £22.
