Assault

Patrick Gayle, 52, of Rampton Hospital, Retford. Assaulted one man by beating. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and pay £100 compensation;

Misha Watson, 33, of Rampton Hospital, Retford. Assaulted two women by beating. Pay £75 compensation to each woman.

Theft

Gavin Rogerson, 30, of Queen Street, Worksop. Stole two lamb joints, to the value of £30, belonging to Marks and Spencer Simply Food. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and £30 compensation;

Lee Kinnell, 35, of Manton Villas, Worksop. Stole log burner, to the value of £19.99, belonging to B&M Bargains. Fined £100, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs;

Wayne Burnige, 50, of Wharncliffe Road, Retford. Stole three packs of lager, to the value of £24, belonging to the Co-op. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £24 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs;

Lyndsey Fox, 35, of Southbreck Rise, Worksop. Stole meat, to the value of £26, belonging to Aldi. Community order made and £85 costs;

Sean Reid, 36, of Westfield Drive, Mansfield. Stole two garden lights, a torch and an LED strip light, to the value of £44, belonging to Asda. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £44 compensation, costs of £85 and a £20 victim surcharge;

Aiden Gardner, 18, of Commercial Gate, Mansfield. Stole electrical items worth £270. The offence was committed while subject to a conditional discharge order for 12 months. He was ordered to pay compensation of £270.

Motoring

Adrian Taborak, 33, of Cumbria Road, Worksop. Drove a car exceeding 30 miles an hour. Fined £100 and driving record endorsed with five points;

Reece Oakden, 20, of Queen Elizabeth Crescent, Rhodesia. Drove a car without an insurance policy in place or a licence. Fined £660, £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs and banned from driving for six months;

Nigel Clarke, 59, of Firbeck Crescent, Langold. Drove a car exceeding 70 miles an hour. Fined £40, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and driving recorded endorsed with three points;

Lee Holehouse, 33, of Berry Hill Lane, Mansfield. Drove while using a handheld mobile phone. Fined £90 and £200 costs.

Drink-driving

Wojciech Cichosz, 61, of Sandhill Street, Worksop. Driving with 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, be under a curfew from 9pm to 7am for 12 weeks, £115 victim surcharge, £85 costs and banned from driving for 36 months;

Wieslaw Podolak, 49, of Newgate Street, Worksop. Driving with 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £180, £300 costs and banned from driving for six months. Also drove a car without an inusurance policy in place. Fined £180, £30 victim surcharge and driving recorded endorsed with six points;

Bryony Cann, 23, of Burns Street, Mansfield. Driving with 84 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £300, £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge;

Karl Humphreys, 42, of Bilborough Road Mansfield. Driving with 67microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, while disqualified and with no insurance. Disqualified from driving for three years and given a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work.

Drugs

Wesley Thompson. 21, of Bracken Way, Harworth. Produced a quantity of cannabis. Community order made, carry out 80 hours of unpaid work, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs and drugs forfeited and destroyed;

Jordan Woodcock, 24, of Beehive Street, Retford. Possesion of cannabis. Fined £80, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also drove a car without an insurance policy in place or a licence. Fined £120 and driving record endorsed with eight points;

Bianca Rowland, 22, of Cromwell Street, Mansfield. Possession of cocaine.

Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Other

Jaroslaw Atlas, 50, of Yellow Hammer Drive, Worksop. Child failed to attend school regularly. Fined £125, £30 victim surcharge and £120 costs.
