Mum denies racial attack and smashing Kinder Eggs
A Swallownest mum has denied launching a racial attack on a shopkeeper, and destroying £60 worth of chocolate Kinder Eggs in the process.
Kerri Maraid Allott, 30, of Mason Avenue, was told she faced a trial over the alleged offences at Rotherham Magistrates’ Court this week.
It is said that on 21st February 2013 at Costcutter, in Brinsworth Lane, Rotherham, she used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause Farooq Mohammed harassment, alarm or distress.

Hide AdIt is also alleged that she caused him to believe violence would be used against him, and the offence was racially aggravated.
Allott also denies causing criminal damage to Kinder Eggs worth £59.86 in the alleged incident.
She will go on trial at Rotherham Magistrates’ Court on Friday 19th July at 10am.
Magistrates granted her unconditional bail until then.
