Motorist had no insurance or licence
A Gainsborough man has been caught out driving without a licence or an insurance policy.
Guy Jesney, 24, of Burton Street, Gainsborough, has been fined £120, £30 victim surcharge, £50 costs and his driving licence was also endorsed with six points.
His mitigating circumstances were taken into account.
