Most Bassetlaw residents want UK out of Europe, MP says
The MP said views have “not shifted” with 42 per cent supporting withdrawal and 39 per cent of responders believing we should stay the EU.
Significantly, 19 percent of those surveyed have yet to make up their minds.

Hide AdJohn Mann said: “This is a knife edge decision in Bassetlaw, with only a three per cent gap between those who want out and those who want to stay in the EU.
“I have asked Bassetlaw residents the same question in previous surveys over the years, and the percentage split has never shifted.
“Fifty two percent of those surveyed also said that they wanted more information about the European Union which means that for both sides of the argument there is everything to play for in the weeks ahead.
“I intend to make sure that local residents will be able to access all the information that they need so that they can go to the polls on June 23rd with absolute confidence in the way that they cast their vote”.
