After doing the honours, people packed into the Parish Church for hot soup and refreshments and were entertained by singers of the theatre group, Be’Dazzled.
More than £180 was raised in a raffle and in donations, which will be presented to the Parish Church and Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance.
Many thanks to the Parish Council’s working group for organising the event, and to all those who supported this annual date to mark the count-down to Christmas.
