Gregor Norwood, from Shireoaks, Nottinghamshire, was last seen leaving a family gathering at Woodfield Gardens at around 6.25pm.
Nottinghamshire Police said Mr Norwood is white, around 5ft 10in tall with short, grey receding hair.
He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, dark purple trousers and dark burgundy canvas trainers.
