Marton: Farmer in court charged with GBH
A farmer accused of injuring a man found on his land has appeared at Lincoln Crown Court.
Dennis Tindale, 76, of Village Farm, Marton, is charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent and wanton or furious driving, both on 9th June.
No pleas were entered and Tindale was granted conditional bail until September.
