Markham Moor: Lorry fire on A1
An articulated lorry caught fire on the A1 at Markham Moor last night (Monday).
Firefighters were called to the dual carriageway, near the Tuxford junction, at around 7pm.
The lorry was carrying plastic resin pellets.
Fire crews from Retford, Tuxford and Newark were at the scene until around 8.10pm.
