Manton: Youngsters can get bicycles fixed for free

Youngsters in Manton can get their bicycles fixed and learn new skills as part of a community project.

The Bike Project has already been a success in Bircotes and on the Sandy Lane estate in Worksop over the last two years and now it is being extended.

From Thursday 25th September, children and young people on the estate will have the opportunity to attend drop- in sessions at the community centre on Shrewsbury Road on Thursday’s between 4.30pm and 5.30pm if their bikes are in need of repair, whether it is a puncture or something more serious.
