Mansfield Moonlight and Memories Walk brings in thousands for Rainbows Hospice charity
Hundreds of people dressed in onesies, pyjamas and crazy costumes lined the night-time streets of Mansfield last week to raise cash for charity.
More than 160 people took part in the Mansfield Moonlight and Memories Walk to raise money for Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People.
The 3.7 mile walk started at the One Call Stadium, Quarry Lane, at 10pm on Saturday June 6 and continued on the nearby streets.
A midnight feast was available for people who had finished the walk and Mansfield 103.2 performed.
Organisers are confident this year’s event has surpassed last year’s total of £10,000.
