Man would not leave

Too much booze led to a Laughton man getting in trouble after a night out, a court heard.

Daniel John Hempshell, 22, of Heritage Court had been on a night out in Worksop on 30th October when he was asked to leave Disraeli’s pub.

A police officer told him to leave the area. He walked away but was later seen walking back to Bridge Place. He was told to leave on several occasions but refused.

He admitted failing to comply with the direction of a police officer. He got a 12 month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £85 costs.
