Man stabbed during robbery in Dinnington

The 43-year-old was attacked by several youths during a robbery on Nursery Road at around 9.30pm last night (Tuesday).

The man suffered serious injuries and was taken to Rotherham Hospital for treatment.

South Yorkshire Police have arrested four local men and a woman in connection with the incident and police are continuing to carry out enquiries in the area.

They are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident to call South Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting incident 1133 of Tuesday 7th February.
