Man on child porn charges

The 45-year-old, who can not be named for legal reasons, faces 13 charges of making and possessing indecent images of children.

The offences relate to material found on a laptop and memory stick dated between November 2009 and May 2011.

A total of 415 still and moving images were discovered, and police believe the intent was to distribute them.

Some of the indecent material was classed as level four, with level five being the most serious.

The case was committed to Lincoln Crown Court where the next hearing will be on Monday 2nd July.

The defendant was bailed with conditions not to have unsupervised contact with anyone under 18, and to live and sleep at a specified address.
