Man dies in crash near Retford

At about 8pm on Wednesday 5th October three vehicles were involved in a crash near Cook’s Cottage in Babworth, near Retford.

The driver of a Vauxhall Zafira was taken to Bassetlaw Hospital, where his injuries are described as not life threatening.

Another man, aged 28 and driving a Noble M12 GT, sustained fatal injuries.

A Ford Mondeo then collided with the debris from the other two vehicles crashing, but no passengers were injured.
