Man denies child images
A MAN is to face trial in front of a jury at Lincoln Crown Court after he denied charges relating to indecent images of children.
Philip Morgan, 46, of Sanders Maltings, Gainsborough, pleaded not guilty to nine charges of making an indecent photograph of a child on dates between 13th November 2009 and 4th April 2011.
He also denied two charges of possession of a total of 415 indecent images of children on 12th May 2011, possession of a prohibited image of a child and possession of indecent photographs of children with a view to distribution.

Hide AdMorgan was granted conditional bail to appear back to the Crown Court for trial in January.
On Monday Judge Sean Morris lifted an order made under the Contempt of Court Act by Lincoln Magistrates prohibiting media publication of Morgan’s name.
