Maltby: Murder probe launched after woman’s body found
Detectives are continuing to investigate the death of a woman from Maltby.
Officers were called to a house in Gladstone Road early yesterday (Monday, 9th December) where the body of the 58-year-old woman, who has not yet been named, was found
A 60-year-old local man arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on bail this morning pending further enquiries.
A post-mortem conducted yesterday afternoon was inconclusive and further tests will be undertaken to determine the cause of the woman’s death.
